After Unzip u will see Mobile Partner Folder
Open Folder> U will see Setup.exe file
Now doubble click on Setup.exe file
You can also uz Winrar for extraction =[http://rarlab.com/download.htm]

I have already done this the folder contains 7 files numbering 1-7,zipeg was used to unzip and there was no setup file

This download worked previous one was from GSMHosting (Nirav)from whom I got version 16. Did Jigar make V16, and it's a shame he plastered his name all over V21 but it is working fine.
